Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd started her combat sports career at the age of 14. She studied boxing, kickboxing and wrestling before she made her first amateur appearance at WCFC before Jaimee Nievera. Ladd kept building on her triumph during Ultimate Reno Combat, where she fought three times in a row. She defeated all her opponents within the first round. Then, she went to WCFC for the second time and defeated Leslie Rodriguez in a unanimous decision. Aspen beat Silvia B beghian and Maddy Simmons prior to facing Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia defeated Aspen with a majority vote. It left a blemish on Ladd's amateur record. Ladd recovered from the defeat, and won Roma Pawelek at Tuff-N-Uff to improve her record to 8-1. Aspen was a professional when she entered the ranks in 2015. Aspen signed with Invicta FC and made her debut. Invicta 11, she was able to dominate Ana Carolina Vidal to score TKO victory in the opening round. She won her next fight with Amanda Cooper via second-round armbar submission. She then fought at Bantamweight for her next fight at Invicta FC 16. Aspen employed her skills in wrestling to knock out McGill with a TKO during the third-round (elbows & punches). Aspen continued to fight Jessica Hoy for Invicta FC18 at a catchweight that was 138.1lb. Ladd was not in a position to make it, but Aspen won and beat Hoy with a TKO. Invicta FC21 was her final match for the company. Invicta FC21, she defeated Sijara Banks by unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd was the first UFC fighter to debut. She took on Linalansberg in UFC Fight Night 118. She outclassed Lina and then pounded her on the ground to pick up a second-round TKO victory. She repeated her dominance and racked up an amazing victory in her subsequent bout against Tonya Evinger, who was fighting at UFC 229. Ladd took the win in the first round and was awarded the Performance of the Night Prize. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee, she fought Sijara-Eubanks to win her first major fight. The two fighters had an intense fight which Ladd won by unanimous decision. Both fighters were awarded the Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie defeated Ladd in just 16 seconds to end her losing streak. Yana Knitskaya was defeated in UFC 7 ESPN 7's 3rd round, was defeated by Randamie. She faced Norma Dumont as a substitute for her fight last time with the UFC at UFC Fight Night 195. It was a loss by unanimous decision.
