Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is a British-Nigerian mixed race child, was born to a family in South London. Her father is Nigerian-Swiss and her mother is English. She was raised in a council estate south of London. When she was fourteen, she was enrolled at The Brit School. She was a student of acting in the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London. The stage she appeared in was several productions as a student like the role of King Henry V, as Princess Katherine, and Wuthering Heights, as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe began acting with Storm Damage. She's appeared as an actor on Teachers Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's first film appearance was Woody Allen's Cassandra's Dream (2007), opposite Colin Farrell. The film's success has led her to be cast in Elisha in a one-off BBC Three drama West 10 LDN pilot, then appear in six episodes Trexx and Flipside in the role of Ollie. Madekwe played Bambi as Bambi in The ITV2 show Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe also played the main character on How to lose friends & alienate people that was aired by Sony Pictures Entertainment back in 2008. Her credits in theatre include Little Sweet Thing by Roy Williams and Flight Path by David Watson.
Madekwe made her US debut in the 2009 drama series The Beautiful Life, which only aired two episodes on The CW before being cancelled. Ashley Davenport was her role in the ABC drama Revenge. The show premiered in May 2013 and it was announced that Madekwe, who appeared on the show as a series regular for the past two seasons, would be leaving the show with a guest appearance on the premier episode of the new season. She was Tituba on the television series Salem in 2014 until 2016. Madekwe, her longtime partner, Iddo, married Madekwe in June 2012. They've collaborated on Secret Diary of a Call Girl, and he has also appeared alongside Madekwe in the television series Salem.

Ashley Leggat, an actress that was nominated two times for the Gemini Award, is a member of a large Hamilton family. Her parents Roy and Patty, as well as the four brothers of her, Brett, Todd, and Bram, were all present. Ashley's brothers, who were each of them extremely athletic, played hockey in the winter months and played baseball in the summer months, which means she basically grew up in parks and arenas.
